Although they were extremely busy due to the recent storms and related damage, they sent someone out early before 9 AM in order to fit us in within a couple days. Luckily, the issue turned out to be extremely minor. Carl still offered to fix it on the spot in order to save us the trouble, was extremely helpful, thorough, and charged no more than a nominal fee. The level of service provided, despite the visit not being a money-maker for Regal, was outstanding.
